Paedophile Timothy Martin obtained a post at Beechfield School, Watford, and in July moved into a cottage within the school grounds before he officially started his job.
However when a police check was run it came out that he was under investigation for a sexual assault on a child.
When the school discovered this he was suspended on full pay, although he continued to live in the cottage, but when Martin was charged with the offence, the council started eviction proceedings against him immediately. (

But even though he had not signed a tenancy agreement and had no right to live there, the judge who heard the case at Watford County Court in early December refused to order him out because of a "legal technicality" even though he knew that Martin had been charged with a sexual assault against a minor and was living within easy reach of more victims ! The council then asked the judge to alter Martin bail conditions so he could not continue to live on the school grounds but that was also refused !
On Wednesday last week, after a week-long trial, Martin was found guilty of "engaging in sexual activity with a child." But even though Timothy Martin is a convicted paedophile, is living on school grounds and obviously poses a threat to children, he was released on bail and has returned to live in the cottage and is not due to be sentenced until June 12 !
Because of the danger posed by Martin the school has had to keep the security doors to its buildings locked and the head teacher monitors the children as they leave the grounds. A joint statement issued by the Governors and headteacher of Beechfield School and Hertfordshire County Council said: "We are appalled by this situation..."
More and more, innocent vulnerable children are being put at danger by police chiefs, judges and the entire legal system which cares more about the rights of paedophiles like Timothy Martin than a whole school full of those same vulnerable children !
