Joseph Booth, 18, and a 15-year-old schoolboy, viciously attacked student Seffar Khan in Bobby Heywood Park, Bolton.

He had been drinking alcohol and smoking cannabis and knocked Seffar Khan to the ground then the schoolboy repeatedly stamped on his head, leaving him so badly disfigured his own family could not recognise him!

Inquiries revealed the pair regularly trawled the park looking for victims. Both had been convicted previously for attacks in the area and the 15-year-old had also been convicted of offences involving robbery in and around the park.

The 15-year-old also rifled through Seffar Khan's pockets, taking a cigarette and a lighter, before they left him to die.

Now Joseph Booth and a 15-year-old schoolboy are starting life sentences after murdering a decent 19-year old student who had two brothers and three sisters, and just happened to be in a park when the two evil thugs ran across him!

Booth was ordered to serve at least 12 years before he can be considered for parole and the 15-year-old, who deliberately stamped a man to death, was told he must serve at least nine years and 240 days!

So Seffar Khan becomes just another decent man murdered by the kind of scum becoming more and more common every day in New Labour's Britain - where murder is no longer considered a crime worthy of REAL punishment - and "life imprisonment" no longer means life!

Seffar's brother, Quamar Iqbal, said "Everybody in my family is devastated and heartbroken. It's going to be like this for the rest of our lives."

But that means nothing to a government deliberately releasing scum like Joseph Booth onto our streets and saying their "conscience is against it" whenever the question of the death penalty arises!
