LUNATIC HUMAN RIGHTS !

Chief constable David Coleman has been accused of "madness" after putting the "Human Rights" of two escaped killers above the safety of the public !

He has refused to release pictures of the two killers, Jason Croft and Michael Nixon, who absconded from Sudbury open prison in Derbyshire two months ago claiming that to do so would breach their Human Rights !

Both killers are still on the run, but when asked by the media for pictures of Nixon and Croft, Coleman refused, claiming that there was 'no proper policing purpose' in releasing pictures, and claimed the men posed no risk to Derbyshire residents because they were thought to have left the county !

So, as far as David Coleman is concerned ONLY the people of Derbyshire are his concern, and if these two dangerous killers murder more people, as long as they murder them in another county, that's perfectly OK by him !

Obviously he doesn't understand why police like him are held in such total and absolute contempt by decent honest people who expect police officers to do all they can to protect the people of this country, no matter which county they live in !

Jimmy Leckey, whose 19-year-old son Paul was bludgeoned to death by Nixon in 1995, said: "This is madness...What about my human rights and my son's human rights ?" (Full story here)

The answer to that is obvious - in Britain today, under the lunatic Human Rights Act, only the "Human Rights" of inhuman scum like Nixon and Croft really count for anything !

But his support for the two killers was roundly condemned by just about everyone, including the human rights group Liberty, whose director Shami Chakrabarti said: "Nothing in the Human Rights Act prevents publishing pictures to capture a fugitive - on the contrary, the rights of potential victims may create an obligation to do so."

But the obligation to protect potential victims counts for nothing to policeman like David Coleman who nowadays prefer to protect scum like Nixon and Croft rather than catch them and can use the Human Rights Act as the perfect excuse to do so !
