NO JAIL FOR BURGLARS !

Lord Falconer - burglars friend !

Just one day after taking over at the new Ministry of Justice, Lord Falconer has given British criminals a license to commit crimes !

He has announced that "too many" burglars and thieves are being sent to jail and in future they should only receive community service !

And he has also said that criminals, including rapists and murderers, who re-offend after being released on parole, will no longer have to finish out their original jail time if their new offence is "non-violent" and will instead get a MAXIMUM of a further 28 days ! (Full story here)

So a burglar who gets released on parole and commits another burglary, or series of burglaries, knows that he will no longer be sent back to jail - and that is what New labour now call "justice" !

So just ten years after Tony Blair's now totally discredited mantra "Tough on Crime..." tens of thousands of criminals will be allowed to walk free from courts laughing at a system which now permits them to commit crime after crime with no fear of punishment !

And of course since they will only receive a community service, not a custodial sentence, we will soon be hearing the same old lies about "crime going down" !

This latest insult to every decent honest person in this country comes just weeks after that that other well known incompetent, John ("Broken") Reid, told judges to jail only the worst criminals, so even paedophiles were allowed to walk free from courts !

And so a Labour government, which years ago prided itself on protecting the weak and vulnerable in our society, takes yet another step along the path to turning this country into a paradise for criminals and perverts !

Murderers are being allowed to plead guilty only to manslaughter and thus get a much reduced sentence, new laws are to be introduced to allow paedophiles to get lesser sentences, and now vast numbers of thieves will be allowed to commit as many crimes as they wish with no fear of jail !

And of course, since this will only make crime figures escalate even more, more and more criminals will be set free to laugh at Tony Blair's broken promises !
