RABIDLY RACIST POLICE !

He made it during a meeting about an 'Adopt-A-Robber' scheme to target designated suspects.

A colleague complained that because Madonna's adopted African son, David Banda, is black, DI John McFarlane's remark implied that all robbers must be black as well !

In 1999 The police were accused of "institutionalized racism" after the murder of Stephen Lawrence.

As a result of that enquiry, Jack Straw, the then Home Secretary, said "We are determined to make the police subject to the Race Relations Act"

Today that determination has resulted in the most rabidly racist police force in the world !

A police force which will go to any lengths to prove its anti-racist credentials, no matter how extreme, farcical or totally lunatic !

So we have Avon and Somerset force rejecting white applicants because its workforce was "over-represented by white men" !

Gloucestershire Police "randomly deselected" white males to meet government demands over ethnic quotas but every female and ethnic minority candidate who applied was accepted !

Cumbria Constabulary refused to even consider Sgt Ivan Ivanovic, a Gulf War hero, because the Union Jack and the words "British Army" tattooed on his arm could be seen as RACIST, even though the tattos would never actually be seen !

And the Police Federation believes other forces are guilty of similar policies, but have yet to be found out !

Once, if you wanted to get on in the Police Force you had to be an excellent policeman, actually solving crimes and protecting the public - but not anymore !

The ONLY way to promotion nowadays is to prove that you are more Politically Correct than the people around or above you !

And so we end up with a POLICE FARCE totally incapable of solving crimes, but infinitely capable of turning the most innocent remark into the means of a Politically Correct promotion !
