Pascoe Petgrave - arrested!

Pascoe Petgrave was arrested, handcuffed and put in a headlock when FIFTY police swooped on the 12 year old boy after he found a £10 note hanging out of an ATM macine!
The officers were called after a row broke out when a woman accused Pascoe Petgrave of stealing the tenner from an HSBC bank machine in Thornton Heath, south London. Pascoe, who stands at just 4ft 7in, said he had been given his mum's bank card to withdraw money when he spotted the note - but the woman who had been nearby claimed it belonged to her.
When Pascoe's mum Maxine arrived she was shocked to see scores of police also arresting Pascoe's cousins - two women aged 21 and 28 - who stood up for him! (

Mrs Petgrave said yesterday: 'He's never been in any trouble before. This was a horrific ordeal for my 12-year-old boy, he was handcuffed and put into a headlock.
"When my house was burgled a year ago I wish they had sent just one of those officers. How did a row over a £10 note hanging out of an ATM machine get to that point?" Because when Political Correctness and lunatic targets come in the door common sense goes out the window!
Pascoe Petgrave had already admitted finding the £10.00 therefore legally he had no claim on it and all the woman would have to do is prove that she was the last person to draw money out of the ATM machine - a simple procedure since all ATM machines photograph the people withdrawing money. A check with the bank's ATM photographs would have revealed if she owned the money or not - otherwise it could have been held either by the bank or the police until the real owner turned up.
When asked why FIFTY officers had been present, a police spokeswoman said "...elements of this crowd were hostile to police activity...." Which isn't surprising when police officers arrest, handcuff and put a 12 year old boy in a vicious headlock for finding a £10 note!
Good job it wasn't £20.00 - Pascoe Petgrave would probably have been shot dead for THAT offence! DON'T LET THEM GET AWAY WITH IT - JOIN NAVIGOR TODAY !
