Schoolboy twins, Michael and Ben Dungey, 14, who terrorised a community by committing hundreds of crimes have been banned from entering their home town.

They cost taxpayers in Romford, Essex, thousands of pounds during their three-year reign of terror, which included assault, theft and vandalism.

Their graffiti spraying alone cost thousands of pounds to remove.

A spokesman for the Metropolitan Police said: "These two have been responsible for extremely anti-social behaviour for some time now.

"Residents and shopkeepers have had to put up with abuse, thefts and graffiti which blighted the area.

PC Peter Moore, of Romford Town Safer Neighbourood Team said anti-social behaviour can have a devastating impact on shopkeepers and residents.

He said: "The consequences of anti-social behaviour can have a major impact on the local community and some local businesses reported a 25 per cent loss in earnings over a year because of a group of teens.

"It builds up and, if you don't nip this bad behaviour in the bud, it can be a gateway to becoming a career criminal." Full story

So why was it not "nipped in the bud" before three years had passed and thousands of pounds worth of damage had been done?

Because these days the "Human Rights" of criminals are ALWAYS put before the rights of decent honest people!

And little thugs learn that they are "untouchable" because the law protects THEM and not their victims!

And the end results of that are decent honest people like Mohammed Shafiq, murdered by scum who, like Michael and Ben Dungey, learnt at an early age that the law protected THEIR Human Rights and not the rights of their victims!
